At poshxuae, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns and refunds under the terms stated below.


1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect on delivery.

  • The product is unused and in original condition.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-returnable items include:
Personal care items, used products, hygiene products, undergarments, perfumes, cosmetics, clearance items, and customized orders.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@myaboron.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide approval if applicable.

  3. You must return the product through our approved courier partner.

  4. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will only be issued after inspection of the returned product.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.

  • Shipping fees, cash-on-delivery charges, or service fees are non-refundable.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
